Vinous David Schildknecht - 01 Apr 20
Fresh lime and apple are tinged with chervil and cress for a penetrating nose and an invigoratingly nippy palate impression. There is a nice sense of buoyancy (the wine harbors 12% alcohol) and admirable energy, as well as transparency to smoky, stony and incisive, pungently green herbal finishing nuances. This really sticks to the gums but without sacrificing refreshment, and a lick of salt activates the salivary glands.
